Abstract

This paper from Montesquieu, Mali V, Voltaire, Diderot and Rousseau's major works in the five sections of the article excerpt, outline the contours of Enlightenment humanism, humanist eighteenth century, while highlighting the contradictions caused by bets; The five paragraph article for our time also has the same meaning of the lesson. With excerpts from the major writings of Montesquieu, Marivaux, Voltaire, Diderot and Rousseau, this article is meant to sketch the humanism of the Age of Enlightenment, while underlining the contradictory stakes as the results of the eighteenth-century humanism. These five sections are also important lessons to our time
