Abstract

This article criticizes that the genetic human codex , similar to the others animals , is the genus, and that the culture is the specific difference. The two theses that support these ideas are, one physical and, another, based in the human action. The first one sustains that the order of the universe is the final cause of the whole cosmic reality but not of the human body, because this body can change, accelerate or slow down that order. The second one says that the human action is the origin and the end of the culture. For this reason the culture is not the end in itself, but a goal for the human action
