Abstract

The issue concerns the subject of moral contratualism. It tries to answer the question about the motives, or reasons, for a moral behavior of the agents in a post-secular society. In a society which does not adopt as a standard either religion, or the Modernist ideal of a secular society, the question about the motives of our moral behavior receives new meanings. This answer will take as starting point, in this paper, the Kantian moral and political philosophy
