Abstract
Reviews the book, Alas, poor Darwin: Arguments against evolutionary psychology by Hilary Rose and Steven Rose. In this book, the authors have gathered together from across a wide range of disciplines many of the leading and most outspoken critics of evolutionary psychology. The result of this joint work is not only a critique of evolutionary psychology’s reductionism, but also a new perspective that offers richer understandings of the biosocial nature of the human world. 2012 APA, all rights reserved)
