The Marxian‐Liberal original position rational as the right to property, using Rawls's difference principle economic distribution, proportions in which people labor right to private property, as rational for parties to agree social system, equal basic liberties in social/economic inequalities Marx and capitalist private property as coercive, within political realm Marxian Liberalism, not recognizing political/economic as morally distinct theory of justice, and shape of a morally acceptable right to property Marxian Liberalism, deploying Rawls's original position the right to property and of what form with what, the rational to consent
