Abstract

Is there any way out -aside from the possibilities offered by skeptical and utilitarist thinking- to the problems which face modern science? Polo be-lieves that first it would be necessary to explain the reasons which pro-voke change in scientific models: why are the paradigms, and the views of reality which they propose, substitutable?
