Abstract

If you consider the fields of contemporary biology, you will find most of its scientific production in areas that owe their growth to physico-chemical research. Over the last few decades, this area of life research has participated in the worldwide expansion and boom of technically oriented natural sciences; thanks to its practical implications, it belongs to the most important fields of research. Biotechnology has arisen and is growing continuously, and such research generates enormous industrial power.
