Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the technology of forming the foreign image of the state, highlights generalize factors that represent a few groups of social, political, geographical, economic, scientific and other features that influence the construction of a sustainable and competitive image, which is a prerequisite and a strategic resource to achieve the goals of the state and its full development. Highlights the main principles of state policy aimed at forming and building an effective and successful policy of image and achieve positive results in the foreign policy of the state. Researched algorithm of its construction, which is to create a universal public image, despite the fact that each state is special, and therefore requires its own system of image formation. We study phases, their features, performance algorithm image construction. The article focuses on the establishment and analysis of aspects to support established foreign image of the state, which aims to constant development of the existing system image, creating a coherent set of measures in key fundamental areas, which would guarantee efficiency and compliance with established objectives aimed at achieve certain results in the foreign policy of the state.
