Fu-Jen School's Natural Moral Law-On the Confucian Principle of Heaven and Aquinas's Natural Moral Law

Abstract

Fu Jen Catholic School-based content based on Scholastic philosophy, and the integration of Chinese culture and contemporary philosophy, its ethics is no different. While affirming the inherent morality of people, this article then pointed out that this transcendent moral basis, whereby certain justice / the existence of natural moral law, and certainly people have Liangzhiliangneng and conscience, and therefore constitute the core proposition of the Fu Jen School of ethics . The substance of the Fu-Jen School is based on scholastic philosophy and assimilating Chinese culture and contemporary philosophies. Fu-Jen School's ethics is so, too. After confirming the innate morality of human beings, this article points out that this moral virtue has transcendental basis by which we can affirm the existence of the principle of heaven / natural moral law as well as human beings' good know ledge, good ability and good conscience. Consequently it becomes one of the central propositions of Fu-Jen School's ethics
