Abstract

In sports, it is customary to allocate loads mainly of aerobic, aerobic - anaerobic, anaerobic - glycolytic and anaerobic - alactate orientation. In this case, the classification of loads is based on the degree of mobilization of the ways of energy supply of muscle activity.
