Philosophical and educational reception of national cultural-historical experience of the development of private higher education

Abstract

In the article historical achievements and miscalculations are determined and examined in the processes of institutionalization of private education with the purpose of taking them into account under modern conditions, realization of experimental work is from the search of optimum ways of forming of educational space which answers becoming necessities and development of «society of knowledges». A brief history of the development of higher education in the Ukrainian lands shows how the process of strengthening of processes of institutionalization were complicated relations between the institution of higher education and state authorities and simultaneously increased the role of higher educational institution in the development of culture, not only through dissemination of knowledge, and through the formation of new social and educational practices. Example taken Kyiv ­ Mohyla Academy, Ostroh Slavic­Greek­Latin Academy, the Kharkiv University. Development of philosophical and conceptual foundations for the development of private higher education in the conditions of modernization of education system in Ukraine is based on the study of this phenomenon as a social institution. It includes norms and rules, statuses and roles, educational activities which are organized to ensure social need of higher education. The theoretical basis of our analysis is the following idea: institutionalization takes place when social activitic concerning some social need are stable. The problem is actual in the context of the development of Ukraine private higher education which was been an objective and durable need.
