On Han Fei's Law Education in Terms of the Functions of Law

Abstract

This article from the law of the three functions, namely, social control, conflict resolution and social engineering, of Han Fei that the rule of law has the function of education. Han Fei's rule of law, education and analysis of the kind nature, its character as a kind of anti-intellectualism, including the human intellectual hatred and suspicion, and for intellectuals on behalf of intellectual exclusion. Therefore, the nature of legal education Han Fei, Qin Shi Huang and Li Si impact, showing the unity of thought control is the guiding principle of political tyranny
