Rural Land Shareholding System-The Optimal Choice of Rural Land Circulation System in China

Abstract

China's current agricultural land property rights system, there is incomplete and inadequate legislation related to deficiencies in the system, by comparing the present, China's rural land system model to explore the agricultural advantages of joint-stock model system, indicating the stock of agricultural land should be agricultural land transfer system in China optimal choice. There exists property right deficiency and the relative law imperfection in our current rural land transference system in China. Through comparing the current rural land transference system, and analyzing institutional advantage of the rural land share-holding system, the author comes to the conclusion that the rural land share-holding system is the optimal choice of our rural land transference system
