Abstract

Extensive application of modern scientific and technological achievements to the people that: modern science and technology in particular the application of its departure from the place to be valuable. Western thinkers rational criticism of the technology is essentially a critique of scientific and technological alienation. The face value of the departure from the science and technology and the need for technological development to provide reasonable values, in the process of scientific research and technology applications of interest to follow the principles and adhere to the scale of justice, to maximize the well being of the purpose for all mankind. China wants to avoid the adverse impact of science and technology, we need to Western civilization in the scientific and democratic spirit and the traditional Chinese culture, integrating the human spirit, to establish a model of development suited to their characteristics. It proves that the application of modern science and technology is separated from its values ​​which ought to have with the extensive application of modern technology. In fact, western thinkers criticize the technological rationality which is directly to criticize the alienation of technology. It is necessary to provide reasonable value principles for technological development to resolve the problem and to take the principles of interest and justice in scientific research and technology applications for the benefits of the whole human beings. In order to avoid the devastating impact of modernization characteristics, China should integrate both the spirit of science and democracy in Western civilization and the humanism of traditional Chinese culture to establish a mode of development with its peculiar
