Abstract

A través de la reflexión sobre las connotaciones de los conceptos de estética yética, en el artículo se realiza una revisión de las relaciones entre ambas, desde losgriegos hasta la contemporaneidad. Se plantea cómo la mística, en tanto ético-estética de la vida, aflora como el espacio para posibilidad de trascendencia del artista de lo estético a lo creativo. Palabras clave: Ética, estética, mística, imaginación.Through reflection on the meanings of the concepts of aesthetics and ethics, thisarticle reviews the relations between both, from the Greeks to the present day. Thearticle argues how mystical knowledge, in so far as it is an ethic-aesthetic of life,flowers as a space for the possibility of the artist’s transcendence from the aesthetic realm to creativity.Key words: Ethics, aesthetics, mystical knowledge, imagination.
