Quality of life as the most important indicator of food security of the state

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to scientifically and technically substantiate the mechanism for the development of food systems within the framework of building an algorithm for ensuring the availability of food products, taking into account the interests of the most vulnerable segments of society. The article focuses on the presence of a variety of available tools in solving the problems of ensuring economic accessibility and assortment sufficiency of food products. However, the authors revealed that the problem of balanced nutrition of children and adolescents has not been worked out due to the presence of both socio-economic and cultural-historical problems. Scientific novelty lies in the development of the theoretical foundations for building the food system of the state based on the application of the Innocenti concept, taking into account the interests of all sectors of society. As a result of the analysis, the need to amend the current legislation aimed at improving the quality of food products is argued.
