Democratic values and means of political manipulation

Abstract

In the article the problems of correlation of democracy are examined as a political device and values, related to the democratic management, the analysis of marketings facilities of political communication and their influence is conducted on forming of proof democratic values, is, that political facilities of public relations are based on a marketing paradigm, subzero influence on mastering of democratic values and them forming is in transformation societies.
