Methods and tools for monitoring and evaluating student knowledge in higher education

Abstract

More than 30% of the state budget is spent on improving the quality of education and training highly qualified personnel. The last process in this process is the Higher Education System. In this article, the author describes in detail the quality of education in the higher education system, the assessment of students' knowledge and control over their quality education.
