Abstract

Uses 12 stories based on cases which have been the subject of a professional conduct hearing. cases provide the opportunity to examine how the code is interpreted in context, the influence of mitigating or aggravating factors; how judgement is arrived at and how the profession regulated itself and attempts to maintain certain standards of care.
