On the Methodology of Wang Yang-ming's Zhih Liang-zhih: by Doctrine of the Mean

Abstract

This article attempts to "moderate" point of view of Yang-Ming University, in theory, answer "the conscience of philosophy," the original meaning, and its existence in the new century, why. Mainly in the structure is divided into two parts dealing with this issue, the first stage: from six perspectives through the "conscience" of the re-definition of that spirit and practice of Wang major driving force, and analysis of research on the conscience of the method and route learning ; second stage: from the "moderate" point of view to explain "the conscience of the spirit of religion" to "expand the concept of the heart", "mind is sex, nature is reason," the other point of view as the analysis dimensions, demonstrate and evaluate the " moderate "interpretation point of view function and value of the Yang Ming philosophy. This article deals with the Wang's "Zhih Liang-zhih" from the viewpoint of the Mean, we hope to come up with a new approach to demonstrate the original spirit of Wang's texts and provide his doctrine a great worth with new-age meanings. This paper designs two parts. In the first step, redefining "Liang-zhih" form six point of view, to show the first motive power of Wang's clearly, to analyze the method and a way to open up into the realm of Wang's. Secondly, according to the explanation in the text of Mean, I chose "extending the interpretation of mind" and "Mind is principle" as the analytical structure, to make a better comprehension of the spirit of "Zhih Liang-zhih". In this way, we hope to demonstrate the spirit of Wang's and display its external value
