Abstract

Economics and ethics are the basis for the common interests and the final point, both have the meaning of the rules, embody the principles of human reason. But this does not negate the differences that exist between and conflicts. Economic and ethical conflict as a precondition by the practice of social division of labor division caused by the way, is the division of labor economics and ethics of the premise. The ethical dimension of building economics, rational way to use humanity as a whole to reflect the main economic activity and economic relationship between the market economic order so as to provide ethical defense, laying the basis for economic development value. With a common foundation and ultimate objective, both economy and ethic have their own rules and represent human rational principles, which does not negate differences and conflicts between them. The division of economics and ethics has been the antecedent of the differences and conflicts, which have come into existence with the polarization of practices and forms of social divisions. To structure the ethic dimensions of economics is to reflect upon economic activities and relationships between economic subjects with universal human reason so as to provide ethic defense for the order of a market economy and to lay down the value basis of economic development
