Abstract

The present study tested some interpretations to understand practices and experiences of young people regarding the use and consumption of ICTs, from a cross of readings that include the semiotics of C. Sanders Peirce and Erving Goffman microsociology. What kinds of experiences are occurring in the context of these new techniques and how they affect the forms of sociality and its subjective constitution of young people today? The importance of media / technological mediation acquired in the daily lives of young people opens the door to further investigation.
