Non-governmental Economy: Important Route of Transferring Country Labor Forces in Western Regions

Abstract

That the transfer of rural labor force in the western region of the effective path, not only directly related to the three agricultural problems in the western region, but also directly related to the western and eastern regional economic development and reduce regional disparities. The use of a large number of empirical material on the private economy in the rural labor force in the important role of the empirical analysis, that the western region to accelerate development of private economy, the transfer of rural labor force in the western region an important way. Probing the effective route about transferring conuntry labor forces in the western regions in China is very important to resolve problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", promote development of economy in local areas and shorten regional gap between eastern and western regions. This paper analyzes important effect of nongovernmental economy on transfering country labor forces in western regions through abundant demonstrative stuff. The author points out that quickening non-governmental economy is the important route of transferring country labor forces in western regions
