Abstract

Consisting largely of lectures given at various universities on his first trip to this country in 1951, this small volume contains some of the most thought-provoking material on the philosophy of religion and related topics to appear in recent years. Of particular interest is his critique of Sartre, Heidegger and Jung in the essay, "Religion and Modern Thinking." The last chapter is a reply to Jung's answer to this essay. It is regrettable that Jung's answer is not given in his own words. --D. R.
