Abstract
In Ukraine, there was a general trend of violation of fundamental principles of elections, calling into question their decisive role in the formation of democratic institutions. Using of PR instruments, instruments, «clean and transparent» technologies, at the political market considerably will heave up probability of receipt of power exactly those leaders which are capable professionally and effectively realize a folk trust by the practical political activity. Using of black PR during Ukrainian parliamentary elections 2012 - forced out «transparent» technologies of the political advertising Purpose of work: to defie and select the features of black PR during the local elections in 2015 in Ukraine.
