A Justiça: da responsabilidade à violencia

Abstract

This essay stresses the plurality of meanings that the word Justice may have, and points out the two fundamental senses of the word in Levinas. The text ends up with a comment both on the violence implied by justice in society, and on the impossibility to put together the positions of Levinas and of J. Rawls. /// Este artigo chama a atenção para a pluralidade de sentidos que a palavra Justica pode ter, apresentando os dois sentidos fundamentals que o termo assume em Levinas.
