Considering the increased of manipulative opportunities of the information society draws attention to the specificity of traumatic discourse, the author reveals the conditions and resources of overcoming cultural trauma. It is noted that the temporal resources of the culture of the trust are effective factors in the formation of civil society in Ukraine, given the dynamics of social activity and the formation of networks of non-state interactions.
