Abstract

The article from Confucius "middle age" was to start, try the "confusion" as a universal phenomenon of the human spirit. The distinction between confusion and ignorance, confusion and suspicion of the different characteristics of consciousness, the authors classify the diversity of the confusion described. On this basis, the Confucius and Chuang Tzu doubts as to help the two different types of resources to review classical thinking, and Wang Guowei, for example, the discussion contained in its confusion of psychological factors with the times. The article finally to the "solution" to understand the end of the full text. Starting from discussing Confuican so called "free from perplexities", the present article tries to investigate "the perplexity" as general human spiritual phenomenon. After making difference among perplexity, ignorance and doubt, the article gives a typology of varites of perplexity, analyzes Wang Guowei's case and concludes with the understanding of "jie" at last
