Abstract

O presente artigo trata das relações entre arte e moral no pensamento deNietzsche, tomando como referência a questão da catarse. Procura-se mostrarem que medida a crítica de Nietzsche aos efeitos moralizantes da tragédia e daarte em geral acompanha a trajetória de seu pensamento, culminando, emespecial a partir do Zaratustra, com a crítica da moral da compaixão emSchopenhauer.This article deals with the relations between art and moral in the thought ofNietzsche taking as a reference the theme of catharsis.
