Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the political institutionalization in selforganizing processes of the community as an important factor dissipative. Show that unbalanced systems dissipation causes the emergence of new structures as eliminates all cold, unstable states. These structures provide structural stability of a stable, open its environment. Under the terms of synergy when switching open nonlinear system to a new steady state specifiity of its structural self-organization that possess powerful dissipative potential. The emergence of dissipative structures in the political space associated with the destruction of other structures. These structures are «burned» to make room for distribution systems supported relations. Political institutionalization as dissipative structures determined by the effiiency of policy organizations and procedures in society and the community in particular. This effiiency depends on the support of society organizations and procedures of level of their institutionalization. In this political institution – is not only organizational and procedural mechanisms to streamline the state, but also symbolic, informal aspects of its operation. According to A. Giddens theory of structuration development of any social system due to the presence of two processes. Structuration defied as actors playing the norms and rules of political engagement in a clearly limited space-time framework. Institutionalization is defied as the formation, development and consolidation of modern political institutions and practices. That is the social space subjects and system requirements are mutually construct the building authorities, reproducing and renewing political order in society and community in particular. The integrity of the community as a social formation is destroyed if there is a failure in the process of structuring, if individuals stop their actions play social structure.
