Abstract

This article conducts research on the scientific and theoretical foundations of the concepts of legal consciousness and legal culture. In particular, the article discusses the development of legal consciousness, ie the attitude of citizens to legal issues and legal institutions, legal cultural values, ie values inherent in the legal system, general legal culture, the development of a scientific concept of legal consciousness and legal culture.
