Women's employment in increasing the well-being of the population in the conditions of a pandemid in uzbekistan

Abstract

The article examines the place and role of women in the labor market, as well as other groups of the population, determines the need for employment, the level of competition, the level of qualifications, profession, work schedule, form of ownership, as well as the system of social protection in the labor sphere.The aim of the study is to scientifically substantiate what and in what direction, to what extent and what changes will occur in the employment of women in the transition period, how it depends on their initial state of employment, the most important socio-economic characteristics of women. The article analyzes the current role of women in the labor market and the existing problems in this area, as well as provides relevant practical recommendations for their solution.
