    Evaluation in childbirth narratives told by women and men.Ruth E. Page - 2002 - Discourse Studies 4 (1):99-116.
    This article explores the characteristics of narratives told by women and men about the birth of children. The comparison focuses on the way speakers use evaluation devices to structure their experiences and to negotiate a relationship with their audience.
