Abstract

Build advanced gender culture, mainly referring to establish a public share, to gender equality as core values, communication reflects the language of gender equality, harmony and knowledge to create gender equality and harmonious performance of tangible and intangible forms of social process. Build an advanced culture is to promote gender equality, gender and social harmony as the fundamental purpose, comply with the laws of cultural evolution, to guide the direction of cultural progress, the times of social action. Thinking about building a culture of advanced strategies and tactics of gender, need to develop ideas and vision, not only to include the advanced culture of its theoretical framework, as the building of socialist spiritual civilization and an important part, but also to be included in the scope of social management , as a social system works, mobilize the whole society, from different angles and levels for action. To construct advanced gender culture means to set up a view of public enjoyment and gender equality, to disseminate the language and knowledge of gender equality, and to build a material and un-material society for gender equality. This paper focus on how to construct an advanced gender culture under the new situation that China are building a comparatively good living and harmonious society. We should expand our field of vision and broaden our thought that to construct the advanced gender culture should be regarded as one part of the socialism intellectual civilization construction and society administration, and we should mobilize the society to take actions
