Abstract

Resumo: São apresentados os traços fundamentais da ética hipocrática por comparação com alguns dos deveres contidos no atual Código Deontológico da Ordem dos Médicos portuguesa e no enquadramento das principais teorias éticas avanças ao longo da história do pensamento. Abstract: The fundamental traits of Hippocratic ethics are presented in comparison with some of the duties contained in the current Deontological Code of the Portuguese Medical Association and in the framework of the main ethical theories advanced throughout the history of thought.
