Abstract
In the article Culinary journalism and online reviews - a challenge or a threat? the author focuses on an extremely current phenomenon: slow,but with successive displacement of the current experts in the field of journalism culinary by Internet users creating content in the field of gastronomy. In the first part of the study, he presents the dangers of an accumulation unverified, impulse or disrespectful content genre rules. One of the theses of the article is that the growing popularity of culinary content on the Internet and not only, it is also connected with the more and more common tourism culinary and business. Practical writing tips appear later in this article mostly culinary reviews. The author discusses in detail the four evaluation criteria,which should be included in reliable culinary reviews.In the summary, the author emphasizes that this trend is becoming more and more commoncreating content related to culinary reviews will not only persist,but it grew, so much attention should be paid to this issue.
