Abstract

China's modern higher education system to establish a regime to imitate the results of the University of the West, but did not actively heritage, the effective absorption of the traditional Chinese education actuarial marrow. This paper argues that continuation of one thousand years of ancient Chinese school of the University College, which is a kind of adult people trained, through research and dissemination of advanced knowledge and training senior personnel for the purpose of educational institutions. One thousand years the accumulation of college education is embodied psychiatric education in the Chinese tradition of sperm China, embodied in the Road, for the sake of the human mental, academic innovation, mental, social and mental enlightenment.
