Abstract

关于什么是法学,什么(应该)是法,法如何适用这三个问题的讨论,构成了本书的主体部分.如果说法学就是对一定时空下需要解决的实践问题做出的回应,并且反映了那个时空下的历史条件和社会思潮的话,那么,本书就是尝试在关照历史,哲学,实践等多维视角的基础之上,对法学问题给出有根据和理由的整合性答案.
