In "Portraits", the Liu Shao introduce the idea of the overall harmony of the human resources field of study that: between the monarch and his subjects "to smell and flavors", Chen-chen between "to blindly Association flavors" is a play to the talent group effectiveness and to achieve peace and harmony is all about. Philosophically speaking, "tasteless and weird" and "blindly Association flavors" reflects the overall harmony of a unified body that reflects the differences and coordinate a variety of factors. There are two ways to achieve a harmonious whole: one is the Confucian "love" and "King" of the road, the other is the Taoist "indisputable", "not cutting" of the road
