A Renewed Discussion On Freedom

Abstract

In this paper, to clarify the concept of freedom and liberty to reveal the value of: the more each person the freedom to play his character more fully she lay, the more of his creative potential will be realized, and thus the more prosperity and social progress: force can sustain human and social existence; freedom to promote human and social development. Since starting, thus establishing the principle of freedom of the three: First, the rule of law: a society of any force, must comply with the legal and ethical society; the society of all legal and moral, must be directly or indirectly, the consent of all members. Second, the principle of equality: everyone should enjoy equal freedom, equal to obey mandatory. Third, the limits of principle: a social force, should remain in this society there is the minimum necessary; free society should be broad to the existence of society beyond the maximum allowed
