Public sphere of politics and civil society: features of mutual internalization

Abstract

The process of interpenetration of social practices and public political presentation in the functioning of public policy areas. Demonstrated the potential of public participation for public expression of political demands. Assesses the level of dynamism of public policy areas through the formation of local public communities.
