Abstract

In a footnote to the Critique of Pure Reason, Kant refers to the dissertation in which a "very subtle and clear-headed man" critiques his statement of the possibility of transcendent Metaphysics. This topic has been scantly treated by Kantian research. We offer here a chronological and systematic approach to the point of view of the Author praised by Kant: Thomas Wizenmann
