Electoral marketing and engineering problems of election

Abstract

In the article considers the problem associated with the most important prerequisites for the application of electoral marketing, namely the creation of the state and because of her competing in the elections political parties, politicians conditions by which they acquire certain advantages in the struggle for victory. The questions of the legitimacy of the use of such technologies electoral engineering, in particular, changes in the electoral law, the manipulation of boundaries of electoral districts, the selection loyal electoral commissions, the use of judicial procedures for resolving the problems and others. Experience organizing and conducting election campaigns around the world, including in Ukraine show that in addition to these two main factors, both directly address political power, its use and effectiveness of the campaign of the candidate, often less important is another important factor. The main reasons for the use of electoral engineering during election campaigns are the marketing needs of participants who wish to solve certain problems associated with the correction of the election results in their favor. As technology advances and procedures in electoral engineering, they have developed and implemented during the marketing campaign.
