Pluralistic and decentralized forms of schooling: samorozchynennya or seeming experience of self

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of decentralization and pluralistic school, which is a constant theme for the educational discourse of the past 25-30 years, but still not fully resolved today. Becoming school decentralization debated since the first Congress of the teaching staff, whenever the topic began to raise the autonomy of secondary schools, the establishment of community councils and trustees. Therefore, noteworthy experience of decentralization of schooling in Poland, where he was able to realize in practice decentralization of schooling. It is emphasized that only from a position of finance, change management paradigm, optimization of the school network can not be implemented in every school pluralization and decentralization of schooling. Studied European and domestic experience pluralistic and decentralization of schooling. A philosophical approach to address these difficult issues of reforming the Ukrainian education, finding out what is pluralization and decentralization: apparent self-dissolution or experience, when there is freedom of choice, independence. And what about the responsibility for the quality of actions that should lead to quality education. These challenging questions remain open today, need further study in the plane of the philosophy of education.
