The provision of group interests in the political arena

Abstract

The state as the political institute takes an important place in system of the factors determining educational process. Politological approaches are applied to development of methodological bases of a state policy in education and education systems allow to look at society, as “environment”, and “from the outside” – society eyes on education, as on one of its subsystems not “from within”
