Le ombre del secolo deleuziano. Appunti su “Organi senza corpi” di Slavoj Žižek

Abstract

The Shadows of the Deleuzian Century. Notes about “Organs without Bodies” by Slavoj Žižek. The paper finds in the dialogue between Slavoj Žižek and Gilles Deleuze the theoretical place for a reflection on some philosophical and political issues crucial to the understanding of post-modernity. Beyond the frustrating alternative between apology and uncompromising refusal, an alternative that dominates the reception of Deleuzian thought, the paper attempts the path of a problematization which would highlight the consequences of his theoretical experimentation as well as its blind spots. Through the analysis of decisive issues such as materialism, subjectivity, politics and revolution, and within a redefinition of the philosophical coordinates of Deleuzian thought, this brief survey seeks to bring to light hermeneutical trajectories and operational concepts to guide the reading and the deconstruction of latest post-modernity.
