Abstract

As organizações de notícias do Brasil e da Argentina utilizam blogs de futebol dos principais colunistas de esportes para gerar interatividade e fidelidade com o público. Realizar um estudo exploratório que a análise de conteúdo combinado de 1328 comentários sugerem que eles não conseguiram promover a boa interação entre o público e seus funcionários
