Abstract

This article attempts to "Xunzi" in several key concepts by asking: "Xunzi or" Zi "issue awareness is What?", "Xunzi or" Xunzi "The basic concern is What? '" Xun Xue's purpose? "" Is there Xun Xue regardless of their knowledge? "" If so, what type of knowledge regardless? "and so on, coming to derive a kind of framework for the interpretation of Xun Xue, namely a" regardless of moral knowledge, "construction. Reflection and thus willing to recognize this knowledge regardless of moral meaning and value can still be some contemporary. This paper is meant, based on some of the key concepts of Xun Zi, to ask a few questions: What is the question consciousness of Xun Zi the author or Xun Zi the work? What is the fundamental concern of Xun Zi and Xun Zi? What's the purpose of Xun Zi's doctrine? Does Xun Zi's doctrine have its own epistemology? If it does, what kind of epistemology is it? Through asking these questions, we work out an interpretative structure of Xun Zi's doctrine, that is, a construction of Xun's moral epistemology. Moreover, we would reflect upon and confirm the contemporary meaning that such an epistemology is possessed with.
