Abstract

22 contributions from art and architecture historians on the perceptions and transformation in the arts and architecture in relation to "urban spaces". This book explores the convergence of aesthetic/artistic/architectural relations between different sciences, the complexity of knowledge, systems, and how the artistic practices of various kinds propose methods of study and analysis for urban understanding and perception phenomena which transform modes human sensitivity through technological interfaces.
