Mutual inflence of ukrainian-kazakh and russian-kazakh relations in the international system transformation

Abstract

The study analyzed peculiarities of the Russian-Kazakh and Ukrainian-Kazakh relations in the years 2014-2015. It is found out their mutual inflence. Ukraine is forced to seek political and economic support from the former Soviet Union in the current crisis. Ukraine counts on the support of Kazakhstan, the country is economically developed, has the political and economic weight in the CIS and Central Asia. Russia is actively trying to keep Kazakhstan in the sphere of inflence. Between Russia and Kazakhstan is a high degree of interdependence. Political and economic relations between Russia and Kazakhstan to 2013 belonged to the most «trouble-free» for Russia the former Soviet Union. However, the Kazakh government is trying to get out of the total impact of Russia. There was a moose cooling of bilateral relations in the years 2014-2015. For the development of Kazakhstan’s Eurasian integration projects with Russia should not threaten the political sovereignty of the country. Defied opportunities of political support and economic mutual benefi between Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Ukraine tried to get support for Kazakhstan. At present Kazakhstan supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine resumes military cooperation, intensify economic relations. Russian aggression towards Ukraine forced the Ukrainian authorities to intensify relations with Kazakhstan, which are promising in some areas. Ukraine must always «to represent» and «to offer» themselves.
